IMPORTANT CLINIC INFOMRATION
7/23/2026: Due to extremely high demand, all new clients and patients are required to complete a Registration Form on our website prior to scheduling. Forms are processed in the order received. We are unable to create charts, collect records, or schedule appointments without a completed form. To maintain fairness and efficiency, our staff does not complete registration forms over the phone, via email, or in person. All new client intake must be submitted online.

7/21/2026: Our office utilizes an AI-powered reception system to manage incoming calls. Due to a high volume of daily inquiries, this system is essential for efficiently collecting client information and messages for our team to review. Our staff remains fully focused on providing attentive, high-quality care to the patients currently in our hospital, and this technology helps us maintain that standard of excellence.

7/20/2026: For non-emergent dental procedures, our current scheduling timeframe is approximately 6–8 weeks. For urgent cases—such as severe pain, inability to eat or close the mouth, or stomatitis—we are scheduling approximately 2–3 weeks out. We are doing everything we can to accommodate as many patients as possible and truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Who We Are
Springs Veterinary Dentistry focuses on providing affordable, high-quality dental care for dogs and cats in Colorado Springs. Our services include preanesthetic bloodwork (send out only), detailed cleanings, full-mouth x-rays on every patient, extractions, preventative treatments, and home dental care product recommendations tailored to your pet's needs.
Requirements for New Patients
All patients must have a current rabies vaccination prior to their first appointment in order to be seen. We do not administer rabies vaccines at our clinic; however, you can obtain one from your primary care veterinarian or at local low-cost clinics such as Hamlett Spay and Neuter, the Humane Society, or Rocky Mountain Spay and Neuter.
We also require that every patient has recent bloodwork—at minimum a CBC and Chemistry 10—within the past 3 months. If your pet does not have recent bloodwork, we offer a pre-anesthetic panel for $60. If your pet has medical records from another facility, we are happy to review them to ensure your pet is a safe anesthetic candidate for procedures at our clinic.

For safety, all dogs must be on a leash, and all cats must be in a carrier. Maximum pet weight is 120 pounds.
