Payment Options
Payment in full is due at the time of service. While we do not offer in-house payment plans, there are several options available to help fund your pet’s dental care. Our goal is to provide affordable services and reduce the stress—both emotional and financial—of giving your pet the dental care they need.
Updated Payment Policy as of May 20, 2026:
Beginning May 20, 2026, a 2.9% processing fee will be applied to credit card payments. This reflects the fee charged by credit card companies on each transaction.
Rather than increasing prices across the board, we’ve chosen a more transparent approach—applying this cost only when a credit card is used. This allows clients who prefer to pay with cash or debit to avoid additional fees and helps us keep our overall pricing as accessible as possible.
There is no additional fee for debit card or cash payments.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We do not accept American Express due to higher processing fees.

Pet Insurance
Most pet insurance plans work on a reimbursement model, meaning you pay for your pet’s procedure upfront and are then reimbursed by your insurance company. While we do not bill insurance directly, we are happy to provide records or estimates to help you submit a claim.
Please note that pre-existing conditions are generally not covered. Once a condition is documented, it may be excluded from coverage. The best way to ensure coverage is to secure a pet insurance policy before your pet needs care.
Care Credit
CareCredit is a credit card designed to help cover medical expenses, including your pet’s dental care. Applications are completed directly through CareCredit, but we are happy to provide resources and guidance to help you through the process!
Friends and Family
Sometimes, asking loved ones for help can be a valuable option if you need financial assistance. While it may not always be ideal, many pet owners turn to family or friends to help cover the cost of important medical procedures, such as dental cleanings and extractions.
Grants
Grants can be a helpful way to cover veterinary expenses, but the application process can be lengthy. If you plan to pursue a grant, we recommend starting as early as possible!
